PROFESSIONAL BIOGRAPHY:

Andrew was born and raised in Denver, CO. He graduated from Colorado State University with a B.S. in Watershed Science and received his J.D., with honors, from the University of Wyoming College of Law.

Andrew’s practice is concentrated in business, commercial and transactional law, real estate, and estate planning. Andrew’s business, commercial and transactional law practice includes the formation of corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies and other business entities, the drafting of shareholder, partnership and member agreements, the purchase and sale of businesses, general contract law, and related matters. Andrew’s real estate practice includes real estate development, acquisition, leasing, financing, and disposition, easements, the formation of planned communities, condominiums, and homeowners associations, Landlord/Tenant issues, and related matters. Andrew has broad experience with estate planning for individuals and families. Andrew joined Massey, Mitchell & Kelly, PLLC in 2017 and became a partner of the firm in 2021.

Andrew coaches mock trial at Fort Collins High School and enjoys golf, bowling, softball, hiking, skiing and running obstacle races.
